Day Retreat for smaller groups
For groups of 5-10 guests.
Situated in a Hampshire village close to Southampton Water. 10 minutes drive from central Southampton and 10 minutes drive from junction 8 of the M27. Trains from Waterloo to Southampton Central take as little as 1 hour and 10 minutes and from Portsmouth just 20 minutes.

Day Retreat for larger groups
For groups of 10-20 guests.
Situated in the heart of the Hampshire countryside. A few miles drive from junction 7 on the M27. 10 minutes drive from Southampton and 20 minutes drive from Portsmouth. Trains from London Waterloo to Southampton Central take as little as 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Weekend Retreat
For groups of 10-20 guests.
Situated in a small Hampshire village just 9 miles from Winchester. Trains from London Waterloo to Alton or Winchester take approx 1 hour.
All newly refurbished en-suite bedrooms have televisions, telephones and tea and coffee making facilities.
