REIKI HEALING
Reiki is a non-invasive therapy which gently produces a favourable change in physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing by channeling energy. During a treatment you remain fully clothed and are made comfortable on a couch. The practitioner lightly places their hands on or near your body to allow healing energy to flow into you.

MEDITATION
Meditating for 30 minutes a day aids spiritual development and helps us to lead a more guided life. It allows us to take control of circumstances and regain mental balance. Meditation can be done anywhere – the essential thing is that you do it. For those new to meditation, you may find it useful to use a guided meditation CD.

LIFE/EXECUTIVE COACHING
Life Coaching helps you move forward towards whatever future you want to create for yourself. If you want to be more spiritually in tune, realize your true potential or focus on those things which are really important to you, life coaching can help.

HYPNOTHERAPY
During hypnotherapy the practitioner takes you through states of relaxation to where your unconscious mind is more receptive. You are aware at all times during the session and by relaxing and diverting the conscious mind, you are able to send messages direct to the unconscious mind where actions are pure and with the highest intention.

Massage is one of the easiest ways of attaining and maintaining good health and well being. It’s a healing instinct, innate in all of us, to rub an aching knee, or stroke a furrowed brow.
